- Shipment Coordination: Our team schedules shipping and provides tracking details to ensure timely delivery.

Cryopreserved Materials

Order Processing Times
- Timelines are based on when payment and legal agreements are in place, and dependent upon your institution/payment processor.
- These are estimated times, after payment and agreements are in place:
- Live Animal Orders: Typically processed within 3-4 weeks, depending on availability and health screening.
- Cryopreserved Materials and Kits: Processed within 2-3 weeks based on request volume and shipping logistics.
Payment Information
- Accepted Methods: We accept purchase orders (PO), wire transfers, and institutional payments.
- Payment Terms: Payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise agreed upon.
