For your convenience, we have developed a Sperm Cryopreservation (SC) kit on the basis of our research and according to our tried and true sperm cryopreservation protocol. Each SC kit contains 7.2 ml R18S3 (18% raffinose pentahydrate and 3% skim milk prepared in embryo grade water) and 100 mM MTG (α-monothioglycerol), enough for cryopreservation of sperm from 12 male mice.
